Awful staff members, nothing wrong with the garage itself but the staff are so rude in particularly the very large blonde girl, 'Chelsea'. Long story short coming back to Stirling after a round trip to Hull needed to fill up, didn't realise I didn't have my shell card for my fuel. Tried to us the BP one obviously didn't work. The bloke serving me was grand just suggesting a few options and put of no where this large blonde woman starts saying they will be calling the police etc and laughing about it, her attitude is disgusting and when she continues I asked her to be quite and she starts screaming in the store saying don't give me your attitude as if I was her child, and laughed in my face when I asked for her name and said ' you wont get far with your complaint' . I understand I am just one person and have very little value to she'll but if you have value for your company I would not continue to employ such a hostile staff member. She knows she will get away with it too so a growing problem for you. Won't be using the garage myself again and will advise my company to remove their fuel cards with shell and onto a few alternatives. Anyone in customer care should understand respect. I am not someone who normally bothers with complaints but the treatment I revived in the store was vile. She saw I was in a vulnerable situation, I wasn't even her customer and she had to pounce on a chance to cause me stress luckily I had my wallet and paid on my personal card.

Nice wee place it is one of the only garages nearby open for 24 hours, it has a starbucks coffee machine in store which is around £‎3 odd for a coffee which isnt too bad for these places.

Try to use my shell card in this garage HGV and was refused by the manager staff as they said it had valid in Europe on it use it everywhere else refused to serve me why Will have to tell the whole fleet to stay away you’ve lost thousands
