Tom And Rowena absolutely fantastic hosts. Rooms are really good. And the choice of breakfast is fantastic. Would recommend to anyone stoping in Edinburgh. Plus the bus services into the city just over the road 2 minutes walk. 5 stars for me.

Rowena and Tom are fantastic hosts! My husband and I are so grateful for their incredible hospitality and recommendations for our stay. The room was perfectly clean. Tom and Rowena were great hosts. The breakfast was perfect and served with homemade sourdough bread baked by Rowena. They served a vegetarian version of Scottish breakfast for us:)

Truly one of the best experiences we've had. The hosts were incredibly kind and accommodating. Very clean, charming guesthouse with an amazing breakfast included. Definitely will be my go to stay for all my trips to Edinburgh.

The house is beautiful: elegant and very sophisticated. And conveniently connected to the city centre by bus. The room and the bathroom are huge and smartly decorated. Everything is tip top. The breakfasts are delicious too with several options. It’s highly recommended to go to the Leith quay at least for one dinner.
