Over the years, the global economical changes has most definitely impacted on businesses across England. Brexit being a major change for many businesses and the devastating global pandemic, the Coronavirus (COVID-19), which has left many in difficult situations.

As we all collaboratively work together in building and securing our future, keeping ourselves safe whilst we do so, by following government guidelines, we still today are continuing to work hard in get things back to as we know it as “normal”.

As with many other businesses who were in the same position as Shield Health and Social Care were back in March 2019. Ready to be recognised and established but due to the Due to the global pandemic, which lead to delays in establishing due to COVID-19 lockdown restrictions .

The nominated individual and Registered Manager, Mrs Shelley Marie Gunn, and the Service Manager, Ms. Theresa Burns. With over 40 years of health and social care experience in various care sectors collectively, form our Senior Leadership Team (SLT).
