Michael Missett1 StarAsked for a quote extremely aragont sales manager did not listen to our needs
Told us all our cameras needed replacing
Then when technical came / the quite said they where fine juts needed to upgrade dvr
Sales guy rang back would not listen just wmated to lecture us
Very unprofessional
Hung up rang back later to say phone went flat continued to rant on
When asked if he would stop talking an listen to what we had to say
He said couldn't work with us and hung up again
It was a joke we are a 10m turnover Company
We where looking at protecting 3 of our premises
I'm a qualified professional I have worked in many areas including being head of teaching emaotionalal behavioral disturb and social disadvantage young people
I have never encountered a sales experience like this
White gold (80s double glazing springs to mind)
This slaes manager really has let the company down
Which is shame
I rang the company a few days later left my number with the Control centre asked if a senour director or manger could call me to discuss a concern / complaint
No reply
So I have left my first ever review which I would have rather just of had a quite word
As a business owner I understand the demands
Hopefully things will improve and the company will realise it is good to be polite na listen to a clients needsSunday 16th August 2020
Jack Cox1 StarTerrible, decide to fine university students, at the University of Hull, for parking their car after after paying thousands of pounds a year to study there. Students aren't in the best financial situation, so more than trippleing the amount and threatening legal fees is extremely extortionate, selfish and a terrible way to have a business. Especially when you can't contact them to discuss it.Friday 9th October 2020
