They produced and supplied some excellent upholstery at a good price and in a reasonable time frame. The quality of the work was exceptional and the staff were very helpful and pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend them and would certainly use them again.

Not impressed I will say the final product (a Mattress) is excellent getting it was problematic and a clamity of incompetance along the way We asked for a member of staff to come to our narrowboat to take measurements and use the template, which they did. At the price charged we wanted to be sure we did not make any mistakes 4 weeks passed and nothing. We called and was told they were waiting for us to send the measurements. Clearly they had lost the ones they took and the template. Collection of part of our fixed matress took a further two weeks due to the shipping firm requiring an addres (remember we live on a boat!) Eventually the mattress arrived and did not meet the measurements we gave them, the two halves being differant hieghts and the main mattress 1 inch thinner than specified (it was even wrong on the order sheet) For the costs charge one would expect much better delivery and collection service. Clearly using a courier does not do this company any favours. It took so long just to collect the old mattress we very nearly cancelled our order, we now wish we had! I would not recommend forking out the high costs they charge for the quality of service provided.

When i initially went to order, they did not ship to my country. So i sent a "contact us" enquiry about what could be done. Rozanne replied very quickly and said they could definitely arrange for a shipment to my country as she would source a courier and arrange it all. This was all done via email. So I told her what I wanted (duvet, covers etc), and she gave me bank account details to transfer the money, and a week later I had my goods! I am very impressed with the quality of the products, and also with the speed of delivery and care of the package during shipment. But I am especially pleased with Rozanne and her care for her customers. She was such a delight to deal with, so very helpful. I cannot thank her enough And the duvet and covers are fantastic! Thank you Rozanne, and Ship Shape!

In early February 2021, I decided that the original seat cushions, backrests, and mattresses in my 2002 Bavaria 32 were sufficiently faded, care worn and, in part, so well used as to justify complete replacement. I was looking for more comfort and improved appearance. I also thought that I could exploit the delay Covid would impose on the start of the new sailing season. I sought quotations from four companies; some responded with surprisingly unhelpful and ill-judged replies. But not Ship Shape World. I received a comprehensive response, complete with specifications, options, and costs. This was followed up with several helpful telephone conversations. My order was placed in early March 2021. The new cushions and mattresses were delivered in early June. Their appearance was very pleasing, and the workmanship was acceptable, if not perfect. Except in one respect. The mattresses in the aft cabin were undersized and a poor fit. Sea Shape World accepted my complaint without quibbling, and we agreed they would pick them up at end of the season, re-measure, and guarantee delivery of replacements in January 2022. They were as good as their word. They arrived as promised; and are an excellent fit. I am happy with the result.

We had a mattress made to size for our caravan - it was very well made and much more luxurious to sleep on than the caravan bench seats. We had very good instructions about measuring up and the delivery was within the promised time frame. Aftercare support was excellent - we got a very prompt and helpful response to a query we made after delivery and Ship Shape went above and beyond what we would have expected in order to resolve a small issue we had with the mattress.
