Umbrella Ela4 StarI got the message to say my item had arrived in store. Went to collect but they could not find it. After waiting for the store assistant to come back a third time to double check, she took my details and called the other store assistant that was in and had taken the delivery the day before.
I was out and about, an hour or so later I got a message to say she had found it.
A little disorganised with deliveries but other than that they were polite, didn't smile very much, and efficiently took my details to inform me when found.Sunday 3rd April 2016
