Shocking CS. Ordered parts and they shipped the incorrect ones. Asked me to box and they would arrange collection (stated I needed no labels etc and that the carrier would provide. Carrier came but would not collect as no labels... contacted Shop4Parts and they said they would charge to arrange collection as the "parcel was not ready"! It was as ready as they requested it be. pretty much called a Liar when I told them that the parcel was ready but the carrier would not take due to no label. Have had to try and get a refund from payment supplier.

Next day delivery, fantastic prices, lots of knowledge on the parts. I couldn’t recommend this place enough. Mick who answers the phone is polite and more knowledgeable than the franchised dealers.
