Took car in for engine management light, told it required new sensor. Lots of faff and mis-communication later no further fwd, took it to another garage, Who repaired a faulty wire in less than an hour(i would of thought this would be checked before advising parts). Whereas this place the bill was running into £100's and amount of time lost was unreal. Avoid oh and one of the mechanics nearly drove into me coming into the estate on another occasion.

Called in with my car as the battery light had come on just as they were closing ,after taking the time to have a quick look it appeared the alternator was not charging .Not great news when 15 miles from home at 6pm, but they very kindly pulled out a loan car for me ,and said they would ring in the morning after a proper look at the fault .Next day came the call hello it’s the garage ( fearing the worst ) we’ve had a look at your car the main terminal for wiring has broken off the where it bolts to the alternator we’ve soldered a new terminal on and it’s already ( sharp intake off breath how much is the bill) a terminal at £2.00 labour £45.00 plus vat (relief I expected an alternator and belts etc etc and about a£300.00 bill) fantastic service ,nothing was too much trouble for them .Thankyou guys

A friend recommended this garage as I had been to several garages and spent a fortune ,trying to get a intermittent fault diagnosed and repaired .Simon kept me informed stage by stage till the fault was found and repaired ,at very fair price given the time involved .I would have no hesitation I recommending this garage
