The security guy needs training how to do his job properly. When you do shopping in other shops you will obviously have a bag with you. So I walked in with a bag filled with stuff from other places. Spent a good amount of money in this shop too but on my way out the security guy just stopped me and loudly requested me to show him the bag. When I asked him why he just told me He saw me taking something. I have opened my bag and I proved him wrong. Embarrassing me in front of other people for absolutely no reason. He has seen me? That’s too much. I will never return to this shop and I will tell others also to go to any other places but not here! He had no right to tell me he has seen me taking anything and make me feel embarrassed for something I haven’t done!

Amazing customer service. I am a first time mum and went in to ask for advice on what I need for a newborn and what is recommended at the moment. I was helped by Danielle in nursery and she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I went in feeling overwhelmed and left feeling like I knew what I needed and a weight had been lifted. Outstanding service from Danielle :) !

my brother walked in this store with a shopping bag which had a funko pop inside of it already but when he left the store the security guard stopped him and spoke to him with quite a loud voice saying he had stolen the funko and then took it out of my brothers bag and chucked it to the side. he then claimed that he saw my brother steal the funkopop. after, another worker came and backed up the security guard saying that he thought my brother was stealing as well? he asked if he had a reciept but he threw it away 🤦‍♀️so they wouldnt let us take the funkopop back but then the other worker checked the box and realised it wasnt their product so they gave it back and then we left but they didnt apologise or anything the other worker just said it was their job but didnt even apologise and we were in manchester for holiday but this event just ruined our holiday and put us in a bad mood for the rest of the day and it left my brother with a fear of this happening again

Love it here. Kids can try out toys, not usually too busy and competitive prices on latest toys also hold events here on occasion.
