Snailspace Therapies is run by myself - practitioner, facilitator and massage therapist Tristan Starling. I'm based in Ebley, Stroud where I offer affordable, professional bodywork, energy healing and sound healing work of the highest standard - drawing from a diverse variety of techniques and modalities for a truly holistic approach to health and wellbeing.

Tristan is THE BEST massage therapist there is! 🙌🙌🙌 I won't go anywhere else, and I always recommend him to anybody looking for a massage, all of whom are equally as impressed with his skill and professionalism. I feel absolutely rejuvenated mind, body and spirit every time I have one of his massages + sound bath therapy. Coming from someone who works out obsessively, I'm so grateful that I found someone who can fix all these broken pieces and put me back together. 😌 If he moves to Greenland I'd still find a way to get an appointment. Tristan is an extremely skilled practitioner. He creates a safe and holding environment where you feel able to sink into the physical, emotional and energetic landscapes. The Thai massage was unlike any other massage I've experienced - it really surprised me with its depth and effectiveness. His approach to energy work felt wholly intuitive, compassionate, and pragmatic. Would highly recommend!

I found Snailspace therapies through a friends recommendation for a gong bath. The experience was wonderful, we were led down and given eye masks for calming. Tristan played gongs beautifully and almost fell asleep. It was so wonderful it left me wanting to try other therapies. I booked in for a Thai massage the following day and was amazed at how Tristan knew how to get all the pressure points so spot on. Thai massage is great for anyone and really helped me to feel more grounded, relaxed, feeling great and wanting more. Ladies Tristan is very professional and trust me I've had bad experience of therapist. From start to finish he was truly wonderful and welcoming. Looking forward to trying other therapies :) Katie
