Had a lovely chat via email with Julia about the next size up and decided on a bespoke harness. It was made and shipped super fast and is excellent quality. Gina Clarke3 StarI ordered a fleece collar and lead and they are OK. The good points are that I like the colour, which was difficult to find elsewhere, I was able to have a hi-viz stripe added, the stitching is good and the fleece on the buckle collar goes right to the end. The bad points are that the fleece does not seem as good quality as on another collar and lead that I purchased elsewhere and the holes that are punched through for the buckle are not in a straight line.Monday 11th December 2017

I met Julie and the team at Crufts 2017 and they were some of the kindest people I've ever met. They made a custom made coat for my service dog, to order-when it turned up, we couldn't believe the quality-so nice!
We get lots if compliments at his dog classes and on walks.
We're going back next year and getting my other dogs one each too!Tuesday 6th June 2017
martha Mizroch1 StarI ordered a bed on February 2nd. I have emailed several times and only received an automatic response back that says I will be contacted in 24 to 48 hours but no one responds . When I click on the page to check on shipping, it simply says something went wrong and sends me back to original page . My credit card has been charged but no bed has arrived . This has been very frustrating to me . I would not recommend this business if you have urgency for you order . I am afraid this business may not ever send me my bedMonday 29th March 2021
