We have been interested in the linara suites for some time now, went in today for final look no pressure from any staff but a friendly warm welcome from Kev After sitting on sofa Rachel approached us to ask if she could help,She spent ages with us as we couldn't decide on size of sofas.Nothing was any bother to her so pleasant and helpful She left us to decide Kev came up and again spent time chatting to us, No pressure just really helpfull..Both Rachel and Kev have excellent customer care so helpful nothing was a bother to either of them. We eventually placed our order as Rachel came back to see how we were doing..2 excellent members of staff and should be recognised for there fantastic customer service

meghan patrick1 StarSo I expected a 4 seater and iv been left with this to be told the other end has been lost!!the store tell you one thing customer service tells you another and the courier they use doesnt even have a record, i have had the worst customer service experience and would not recommend this shop. I have paid cash and at present I'm still sitting with half a couch whilst this company have all my money. I wouldnt trust paying cash again at least with finance you can cancel the payments when you havnt received the goodsTuesday 14th June 2022
