Pleased with the Solarxpress service. The product was the latest technology and we ended up with a better system than first suggested. The installation teams were very good and efficient. The system was put in two days after the payment of the deposit. The weather was awful but the electricians just got the job done. Luckily the panels were put on the roof when it was dry. Good service and exceeded expectations

Installed our solar and battery storage for us this Tuesday passed and it's been working perfectly since. We're basically not using any grid energy during the day and we're topping up the batteries with our cheap electric at night too. Very neatly installed and friendly to work with. I was particularly won over by the far more affordable deposit whilst we wait for grants and funding to come through :)

I had been considering getting solar panels installed on my house but hadn't done much research into it. I received a call from Solar Xpress who offered me a no obligation solar consultation and I thought why not? A Microsoft Teams call was set up with Lewis for a time and date suitable for me. During the call Lewis explained to me about the solar panel system he had designed for my house before the call, running me through all the facts and figures, this system was then tweaked to suit me after he had learned about my individual needs for the system. I ended up being quoted for a smaller system that suited my needs best. At no point did I feel under pressure to purchase the system from Solar Xpress. Lewis called me back a couple of days later to allow me to consider my options, when he called I accepted the proposed system and paid a small deposit. The panels and battery storage were installed 4 days later!! The fitting team were very friendly and efficient, they arrived around 9 am and we're done by 1 pm. I was shown how to use the app to monitor what was going on with the system, I use this far more than I thought I would. Would highly recommend Solar Xpress!

Friendly and highly responsive sales staff, technical team and admin. Agreed the sale on Friday, follow up calls Saturday and Sunday, and my panels were fitted Monday! Efficient and very wise. The electrician was spot on. Best deal by miles too.

We've had our solar panels system for a little over a week now and are already seeing the benefits! Team were friendly, polite, professional and hard working. Installed over two days the guys did a great job and left everything clean and tidy. I would not hesitate in recommending Solar Xpress
