After booking 2 rooms in this property and show up in the property I have the worst possible experience. First, the owner didn’t want to show me the rooms unless the 4 people were in the property. I explain him that I was travelling with a disabled person that was still in the car, but the owner didn’t care. To speed up the process I took that disable person and carry her to the room. After complaining about what he asked me to do, he told me he didn’t know a disabled person was going to stay and we needed to go. We were required to leave our shoes outside the property and walk barefoot indoors. My guess is that he didn’t want any wheelchair in the property. When I contacted Booking to complain about the situation, I was told that he already called on my behalf and tell them that it was me who didn’t want the room because it wasn’t adapted to disable people. It was untrue as we were happy with the room. Doing this, he avoided that I could write a bad review on that platform. I believe that he took advantage of that we were from abroad and we didn’t know what to do in case a discriminative behaviour.

Nice gem in Oxford, we came from London for a staycation and enjoyed our stay. Very affordable, clean, free Netflix, nice comfy beds. Close to the parkway Station and free parking on the street nearby and good bus services. Laura has really been lovely to us. To top it off, I lost something valuable at the B&B and she went above and beyond to get it back to us. Service you don't see often these days.

Our second time staying here, and will definitely be back! Shop across the road, bus stop too - so Oxford is accessible.
