With this package you will receive a small team of dedicated carers to your package building trust and rapport, so you are always dealing with a familiar face! We can set up emergency discharges form hospital within a 48 hour period this provides the client and families with reassurance and comfort that our experience care management team provide. We don’t just support in the event of hospital admissions, perhaps you have had a fall and don’t require hospitalisation, but you may need support with your recovery in your own home Our passion at South Coast Home care is to enable customers to remain in the comfort of their own homes and maintain independence the best and safest way possible. We have a team of very passionate and experienced carers that are available to help with your individual care needs. This service offers a experienced manager that is available to take your call from 06.30 – 22.00 to answer any queries you may have, whilst offering effective care management to all the care team while on shift. This provides peace of mind to out customers, families and staff. We are always here to take your call and offer the support required!
