Orla Moore1 StarAsked for a baby cone. Got given a small cone didn't know they had "Teddy" cones or I would've asked for 1 of them. When giving them feed back on their lack of customer service the girl on the counter was confrontational and said she didn't like the way I was speaking to her... I normally come here instead of the ice cream van as i can pay by card and the soft ice cream is nice. But on this occasion they were all over the place and sloppy. We will not be returning here for our ice creams in future.Sunday 12th September 2021
kyle noble1 StarBought a wee disposable e-cig walked out the front door took a toke it didn’t work so went back in to see if I could get a new one that works. But na the wee lass said she couldn’t take it back and I couldn’t get a exchanged or a refund for it. Like ano it’s only 5 quid for one but like at least give me one that works. I ended up just walking out without getting it sorted just couldn’t be bothered the hassle.Tuesday 14th June 2022
