Fantastic service, staff are really friendly and put my mind at ease. I suffer with my mental health and was really anxious. They couldn't have been any more reassuring. And I'm so happy with my glasses. Fast and reliable service, lots of choice.

Was a bit disappointed when I first went In as they had no record of my booking which I booked online but luckily enough I had the reminder message as proof. The first guy didn't get his name done a pre sight test with my 5 year old and he was lovely with her really chatty which was nice 😊 . The optometrist Stuart Senior as I have him down on the card who seen my daughter for eye test was lovely what a pleasant caring man he was so lovely with my 5 year old she thought the world of him 😀 also was chuffed to bits with her sticker. Thank you 😊 x

I went for an eye test, I wondered how it would be since Covid arrived. I booked online. When I arrived we had to queue outside there was quite a long queue, a member of staff came and took people's names. It was torrential rain and I felt so sorry for the elderly lady at the back of the queue, my appointment was before hers and I was worried about her. Once inside you must wear a mask and advised to alcohol gel up. I was taken upstairs to the reception, and asked to stand on the spot 2 metres away from.the desk. I understood all this and was happy only concern was having to tell everyone in the room my date of birth, address and name. My voice had to be raised because of the mask and distance away from the desk. Thankfully I didn't have to tell my full phone number. The optician was very friendly and explained everything clearly. I was happy with the examination. I needed a new prescription and found it difficult choosing a pair without anyone with me. You are given a tray to put all the glasses you try on into as they will be cleaned once I had finished. I found this awkward but I totally understand why. I ended up finding the same frames I was wearing knowing I liked them and they looked good. A very different experience but happy to have been able to get a test.

Very friendly staff, and I have been going for years. I have anxiety with the puff of air in the eyes test. The staff are excellent and find alternative methods of checking my eyes. The opticians make you feel comfortable as well. If you need new glasses, there is a wide variety of frames at various prices. They also do prescription/free for those who are eligible. There is also a hearing center next door.

Wonderful staff! They were so busy but that didn't stop them from delivering excellent care. Eye examination was thorough and I felt at ease the entire time. Each individual that I dealt with was exceptional. Highly recommend!
