I went here for the first time to get an Eye test and to get new glasses. The Optometrist (Soneji), was informative and very thorough when examining my eye health. The staff was lovely. I forgot his name but he was super helpful with choosing the right glasses frames for me and was also transparent with the prices. Specsavers have good prices anyways but I had a good experience with this place in particular. Will definitely come back here! Thank you very much!

I was here today having an eye test (well overdue). I decided to use Spec Savers Acton this time as my Mum has been using their services for years and they have always been so helpful. I would like to thank all the staff especially Kim and Janki for being so kind and helpful today and giving me the time I needed. Everyone is very friendly. Thanks to Kim for helping me choose the right glasses for me. Highly recommend this Specsavers. Thank you all.

Very good customer service, very quick, short wait to be in the hand of the specialist for eye test. Lovely lady afterwards to help you choose your frame and the "2 in 1" (you buy 2, you get one free), for frames and lenses, made it even more attractive. I did save a huge amount of money 💰 🤑 💸 😌 with the formula buy 2 get 1 free !!! Highly recommend. Very friendly atmosphere and staff very customer service orientated

Absolutely amazing. The staff is extremely nice, friendly, polite and professional. If I remember her name correctly Manisha made my day. She was super helpful while checking my eyesight. She explained to me the results and gave me information I needed. During my whole visit I didn't feel rushed. It's a good refreshing experience to see the store that is not understaffed. Everyone was polite and friendly, and they had time for everyone
