I usually go to a different branch but they didn’t have appointments that say hence I booked with this branch for an eye test.

B F3 StarOnly visited for a eye test and confirmation of cataracts which was done the attitude of the optometrists was very arrogant and talked down like I was stupid. Don't under estimate your customers and patients knowledge. Won't be visiting again and booked another appointment with Optical Express.Tuesday 22nd August 2023
