If you like to make your own trusted advice, avoid here. Try a different specsavers. They can't all be bad. Owners contacted me to find out more. Can't get onto their email to let them know they should read my full review they asked for in the form of a questionnaire. I'm sure they can do that themselves ? My complaint is over and I love my 2 new pairs and sunglasses from Boots. They are more trained in customer care. Bye.

I did my eye test and OCT scan here and was satisfied with my visit. The people who worked there seemed kind. And optometrist Mr Patel was very nice and explained to me everything step by step. My appointment was delayed a bit, but I didn't expect it to be on time as it is not a 🚂, but a medical practice after all. 🐢

Was booked in for an ear wax removal, and understood if no wax was found I'd still pay £25 as this appointment involves a full ear health check. My appointment consisted of the assistant looking inside my ears for less than 30 seconds, confirming there was no wax in my ear and handing me the card machine to pay. Not what I would consider a full ear health check. Absolutely joke of a service.

Where to start.... I was seen more than an hour later to the appointment time, very late. I asked a couple of times and no one seemed to respond in a professional manner. Once seen the specialist was very thorough and good. There is not water on offer, which should be if appointments are taking long and you see children and older people there, the basics. When asked for water the ladies seemed unsure but I was given some. Everyone is waiting to be seen for different things in the same waiting area, it gets busy. Eye test, Eye health and Hearing appointments are all in the same place so you are in the middle of it happening, it felt messy. Different people calls you to do different test, there is a lot of staff and everyone is involved, I found it quite chaotic to be honest. Not sure I want to come back to this place.
