I hade yesterday an appointment, when i reached there on my exact time, they telling me that my appointment is cancelled. Didn't telling me at last some hrs. even minutes before. The bad thing is, because of my appointment i left many things specially my job (I take off on that day).

Needed my glasses fixed, everyone in there were very helpful and polite. My glasses were fix in under ten minutes, tried to pay but there was no charge. Thank you all specsavers. Very very happy 😊

Extremely bad service. They had an error on their system and were running behind and because they wanted to get out on time they refused to see me and said it was because I was 7 minutes late. I explained i cannot reschedule and I struggled to even make it for this appointment. Staff don’t care. I have had extreme headaches and swollen eyes. Waste of my time! And they wonder why people pay privately

Went to have a routine check up. Didn't wait much or anything like that. It was super busy though, unusual. Miriam was the lady who did my tests, super friendly and helpful.
