Staff are wonderful. So friendly, professional, efficient, nothing is too much bother for them. There is a good friendly atmosphere in the store. They take time to explain everything. I wouldn't go anywhere else. My glasses are wonderful too. Really needed a new prescription.

This isn’t the usual branch I go into, but was in need of some prescription sunglasses before the heatwave. I was so impressed! The staff are genuinely lovely and have some great banter with each other and customers, the place was impeccable, airy and I was left to have a look around without feeling like someone was constantly watching over me. Found a pair I like and was really impressed at how quick and well-priced it was! I was prepared to have to lay down far more than I did, and to wait only about a week for a prescription pair? Feels unheard of. 100% recommend, especially for students moving into the area to study.

I am travelling from Australia and my prescription sunglasses broke. Jesse was amazing and went above and beyond to provide me with a short term fix in store today and problem solved getting a long term solution. She helped me with a sturdy sunglass selection, managed measurements and guided me on how to get my Australia prescription to them so she can arrange for them to be picked up in Dublin at my next stop 😎🙌

The girls were nice and proffessional and took a while but we got there I thought I had bought two pairs of glasses but must have not understood her right she said so many things that a 72 can,t take in so went back nice glasses happy with them .

I just moved to Edinburgh recently and found myself needing prescription for contact lenses. Went to this branch and the staff were all really friendly and professional. Had Luke (not sure if I am spelling it correctly) as my optician and he was attentive and took the time to make sure my lenses are comfortable. I had several appointments here and all of them went really well. Overall a great experience! Thank you :)
