I have had the pleasure of using Spectrum services for 6 months now. As a Block Manager for HAUS Block Management I look for reliability, integrity and professionalism, Spectrum have not only gone above and beyond, they keep surprising us each time! Lucian is always willing to help, he has an incredible charisma and I can't thank him enough for the support he has provided us at HAUS! I look forward to continuing working with Spectrum, and wish them continuous success!

Spectrum are amazing! We must be one of their smallest customers - 5 flats in an old warehouse building. They communicate every month to let me know when they will be here - they arrive on time and do not leave until everything is sparkling. They hand finish all of the windows that they can - (on lower levels) and spend extra time to clean frames etc if needed. They are always more than pleasant and I will use them even if I move!

I contacted Lucian (MD) to quote for a domestic solar panel clean. It became clear that access would be too costly for me, but despite knowing he wouldn't be doing the job, Lucian continued to make inquiries to find alternatives and long term solutions for me.
