Been treated in rude way by the customer at the till when I escalated the matter to the manager she was worst than her and when I asked her to be fair and neutral she said she must stand by her colleagues. I sill never step in that shop ever as I never experienced something like that before .as the employees they don’t care at all or maybe they know no one will act to make a change. I urge you to take immediate action to rectify the situation as it seem I’m not the only person been treated this way Kind regards Nadia

Poor staff service, Always faced racism and nobody in the staff bother about customer complains..! Even Manager herself defended the sales executive when I complained about the way he treated me. Very shameful behaviour by all employees including manager. I was asking very politely to just show me the different size of shoes and he literally threw a box of shoes on the sitting table where I was. Unfortunately they don’t bother about the reviews they get on google.

No option to give another stars otherwise i would give stars in minus.Very pathetic manager behaviour (The lady) i politely ask for her name and she was refused to give her name and walk away on my face. Such humiliation feeling. I went for credit note of my newly buy shoes but she was in no mood of changing from the very first appearance and arguing saying the shoes was not new and worn outside. As a good customer i went with the same quality shoes once i tried at home. I explained everything very generously. Very very very bad experience and really unprofessional behaviour of the lady manager with 50 pence attitude. Wants my credit note. It was my hard earned money

Half an hour before closing time they close the doors and don’t let customers in. I just wanted to buy some tennis racket grips and the guy at the door didn’t let me get in for 3 minutes. Very bad customer service.

There is no option for lower then 1 because this store doesn’t even deserve 1 star. The way staff treats customer I feel like its the most racist place I’ve ever visited. I must say about the manager, I was at till where one of the employees was arguing with me and manager saw it from other corner of store, rather then coming to solve the problem she walked away from there and when I was trying to complain about the staff behaviour, she treated me the same way the staff treated me. Although they don’t care about the reviews but its for the people who want to visit..! Always check the reviews before you visit
