It is absolutely not a gym to sign up for guys.. the place is not looked after at all., shower system is constantly broken ( usually 3/4 weeks before it gets fixed )., equipment is constantly broken and not fixed.. everyone I know have left the gym already and the ones that haven’t as yet are just waiting on to finish their cancellation needs.. if you want what you deserve and what you are paying for don’t stop here., the management of Sports Direct company does not care nor provides options/ solutions and clear communication..

Absolutely hopeless. I went in asking about membership and the manager was standing very obviously more interested in talking to his member of staff. Gave me the most cursory and brief ‘tour’. For once you followed my instincts and went somewhere else.

I can only review classes that I attend which are fab. Barry and Carol are excellent instructors. Staff are friendly as are the other members.

I had 2 memberships at £30p/m so that they could be cancelled if/when my son was away from home. I cancelled his membership, with his permision, when he moved away. however, I requested that my membership remained in place (all of this is documented by a clear email trail). Sports Direct made an error and cancelled my membership instead of my son's; and then advised me that he couldn't get a £30 refund and that I would also have to rejoin for another £30. Their error, and I'm supposed to pay £60 to rectify it? I'd suggest you forget the '£20' or '£30' per month as so many people appear to have issues when they try to leave. I'd recommend paying extra to join a gym with better customer service.
