There was quite a lot of stress involved (as with all home purchases I am sure) trying to get the purchase through before the end of the stamp duty holiday. Edward Kay was extremely helpful and responsive during this process. Even though everyone says the estate agent works for the seller rather than the buyer, I had a lot of support from Edward.
