My grandmother was here where she had to purchase her own wheelchair. Advice by the gp for my grans care was ignored due her seriously falling, money disappeared from my grandmothers purse which was in her handbag. They made her pay for a hairdresser during lockdown when no hair dressers were allowed in that was another £20 then the icing on the cake was my grandmother's wedding from my grandad who she had been married to for nearly 40 years "apparently" got lost and was never found luckily all her other jewellery which included her diamond from Amsterdam engagement ring was in my moms care. Luckily I got my grandmother a wonderful new home for the last six months of her life which i wish i had done sooner i was luckily enough i could share this with her. Please please please think twice about placing your loved one here.

Superb place, my mother is so happy here. Staff cannot do enough for residents or their relatives. They are so friendly and do a lot of things with the residents, I cannot praise them enough. The place is well run by the manager, Maria ,who is always available to speak to you. It is obvious that she loves her job and it shows with happy staff and residents who are happy and well cared for. I cannot recommend St Michaels enough.
