I use this post office a lot as I sell a lot of clothes online, and I think all the staff members are great apart from one man who always acts very difficult and often seems to overcharge me... often times I had to beg him to fit my large letter through a measure thing because he would automatically put it through as a small parcel, other times he would just charge me suspiciously too much, and I always ship things of very similar size and weight… well last time I sent something off to a friend and he charged me 2.70 for a large letter , as I came home and checked online turned out he charged me as if my letter was 750g or more , my friend weighed the letter when it arrived and it was only 260g… I know it probably only made a £1.50 difference , but since I post a lot it adds up! Next time I will politely refuse to be served by him!

Until times are amended online, the actual closing time is 17:30 for this branch and not 19:30 as Google suggests; I was sadly turned away today just gone 17:30 🤐 I guess it's up to customers not the owners to update it. The man just pointed his finger to the opening times by the entrance and locked the door. The end

One staff I guess from India was very rude. She is not tall and has long hair. I said my request over and over again but she was like she knew everything about it which is not correct. Very rude, stubborn and not intelligent. Others were good but she ruined my day.

No, this is not okay?! Ok, so staff are completely disrespecting mine and my nephews small business . What’s up with that? He’s only little. Ok so , the lady asked "Is this valuable?" "Are you sure? " "Are you sure its valuable?" "Are you sure????" My nephew already said multiple times that it wasn’t. A bit odd? I think they need a bit more training, especially that it was an envelope that was tiny.

Been shamed the last two times I’ve used this post office for pre purchasing my postage. Had it explained to me that they’re a post office and not Royal Mail. If they do not wish to accept Royal Mail parcels that they have not charged for them they should consider changing business.
