Peter Coles1 StarI did not use this service but I am disgusted that your mini-bus was used to take I assume family or friends to the Leicester city match tonight ( not the issue) but abused the use of a Disabled parking bay at the Leicester Royal infirmary that is much needed for genuine reasons. To the female driver, you should be ashamed! We had a seriously Ill child this evening and we struggled to get a Disabled parking bay because of inconsiderate and selfish people like you!! You will be reported to Leicester city council tomorrowThursday 1st September 2022
Declan England5 StarBeing honest: haven’t used his taxi services but I very stupidly dropped my wallet outside my car at around 12am last night, he found my wallet at 1am and dropped it off at my house and left his number on my car. I was at my friends house and the simple act of kindness I’m very appreciative. He was also very nice on the phone.Saturday 27th October 2018
Emily Bell1 StarI would not recommend using this taxi firm. Twice I had tried to book taxis, once to an airport which they said they could do and quoted me and when it came to book the taxi I was refused due to the timing being inconvenient, and the second was from a wedding venue. I gave him the full address and post code. He asked if it was sign posted and I said I was unsure but I presumed it was as it’s a wedding venue, he refused to book it for me was very rude and then put the phone down. PEOPLE USE ANYONE OTHER THAN THIS COMPANY. Now looking at the reviews it seems they are not very good at all.Monday 13th May 2019
Dawn Curzons1 StarHad a taxi booked for twenty past ten, made sure i was ready indoors for the taxi at that time. Called at 27 mins past ten to be told the car had come and as i wasnt waiting outside it went away, no text, call or ring of the doorbell. It would come back at 2252...waited outside, on my own , 60 year old woman...no street lighting... no taxi...awful customer service..UPDATE...just to put the record straight, my taxi was also PREBOOKEDWednesday 5th December 2018
Kevin P1 StarSchool transport they seem to find it difficult picking my son up at 8am keep turning up at 8:15 this would make me late for work everyday but they don’t care. He hasn’t been to school for 4 days as they seem to be hung up on not coming till 8:15 very poor attitudeTuesday 15th September 2020
