Wasnt busy at all but they still seemed in auch a rush. In and out far too quick, cut off way more than I asked for. Uneven, hacked a weird shape corner around my ear. Won't be going back.

5 star service from the lads again today. I travel 11 mile to use these guys and wont ever change. You get exactly what you ask for at a good price

Terrible experience. In and out in 5 minutes !! Hair is uneven, gaps around the ear.. neck untidy, generally awful !! Didn’t use scissors at all !!No conversation either!! How do I know it’s bad? I’m a barber myself (30 yrs in business)

Haircut & fade on point, however the worst shave performed by the barber, absolutley zero skills rough painful shave and he left me bleeding.. go somewhere else

Do not go to these guys! Absolute appalling customer service. I am a disabled man in a wheelchair who went in yesterday, when I told the barber what I wanted done I was very rudely spoken to by the barber as he refused to trim my beard because of my involuntary movements. I explained it would be ok as every barber I’ve ever gone to has managed despite my disability. Reluctantly he agreed but as he was doing the back of my neck he very rudely and abruptly told me to keep still I explained to the gentleman that I was trying but this is very difficult for me. He very rudely carried on and even though he trimmed my beard he refused to shape it and point blank refused to trim my moustache. Again this was all down to my involuntary movements and an issue that no other barber I have ever been to has had. The entire experience left me mortified and my beard and moustache still needs trimming and shaping. I would seriously never step foot in this place again, they do not know the meaning of customer service or how to be polite
