After booking for a month and then after giving notice that I no longer wanted the parking space…. Several times… I was still charged for another month… Very poor and I won’t be using Stashbee again. Adding to my review: Stashbee have kindly now refunded me the extra charge so I thank them. I have upgraded my review.

Do not use Stashbee fraudulent host paid deposit of £50 lost my money . No support or help from Stashbee no means of contact by the looks they don’t authorise who can host on Stashbee . DO NOT USE

The organisation and staff are very difficult and challenging to deal with. Customer service is very poor and difficult to get hold of in case of any issues. In a rare event that one gets hold of customer service, who do not have any contact phone numbers, they are not helpful at all and do the minimum to get rid of the issue (unresolved). They charge a premium to facilitate hosting and in return provide no or very poor services.

One of the worst & unprofessional organisations I have ever come across. No protection for hosts and their space at all. Customer service are rude, disrespectful, unprofessional and extremely patronising. Would NOT recommend.
