Hello and welcome to Stately Brides.

My name is Leanne and I’m here to make choosing your wedding dress easy.

I’m the owner and original founder of Stately Brides and have been helping brides to find their perfect wedding dresses for over 15 years.

I manage the shop single handedly (apart from Saturdays, when my eldest daughter Sophie helps me – pictured above!) which means I will be with you from your first appointment, and if you wish, I can be with you on the morning of your wedding and beyond. I will even clean and gift box your wedding dress afterwards!

Excellent customer service is everything which is why each brides experience at Stately Brides is totally bespoke. I tailor each appointment to each brides individual needs. Attention to detail is essential as no two people are the same.

Perfectly located in Belper, Derbyshire, my luxurious boutique is situated in the very heart of Belper’s award winning high street. I spend hours with the designers hand-picking each seasons wedding dress collection to create the perfect mix of modern and traditional bridal-wear for you to choose from.

I work with some of the worlds most influential wedding dress designers and I’m very proud of the community that Stately Brides has. Our bridal collection can be ordered in sizes 6 – 30 and our wedding dresses are priced between £800 – £2600.

Delivery of wedding dresses can be up to 20 weeks. Although, if you prefer not to wait for delivery, we offer the exclusive option of purchasing any wedding dress off the rail and taking it away with you on the same day.

We always offer maximum privacy, allowing only one bride in the boutique at any time. Due to this, booking is essential as we open our luxury boutique specifically for each brides personal appointment.

Our luxurious seating area is comfortable for up to 4 guests to enjoy.

What an amazing lady.... Thank you! You came to my rescue in my hour of need and not only saved me, but made me feel like I was worth it! Your personality beams with joy. Your shop so subtly romantic and enviably clean. You could make any bride feel at ease within moments. Your understanding, clear eye for what suits and what a bride wants, and love for what you do adds to what is already a special journey. I literally could not have said 'I do' without your help, and for that I will be eternally greatful. Your dress selection is inspiring, your shop inviting and you as a person.. Infectious.... I visited 4 bridal shops in total, Stately Brides was where I said yes to the dress and without a doubt my favourite experience of them all. Leanne is so bubbly and full of enthusiasm, she immediately made me feel comfortable and at ease. She had a lovely variety of dresses at reasonable prices and wasn't the slightest bit pushy for a sale. She was so creative giving me ideas of slight alterations to my dress to make it unique for me and also reccomended a fab local seamstress! I cannot reccomend Leanne and Stately Brides enough! Xx

I would like to give Stately Brides a 5* review for customer service. Shopping for a wedding dress can be a daunting experience but Leanne at Stately Brides put me at ease as soon as we walked through the door. She had a lovely shop and a beautiful selection of dresses. She was upbeat and bubbly and she listened to my requirements before helping me to pick out dresses. Leanne was informative and offered advice without being pushy. My only slight criticism was that the shop does not allow pictures to be taken of the “bride to be” trying on gowns – I would have found it helpful to do this so I could compare dresses I saw in this shop to dresses I found elsewhere. Each shop has their own policy on this and I respect that – especially as I can understand the fear of just “window shopping” for dresses found elsewhere or online when you are a small independent business. This is small point certainly does not diminish the 5* review. Despite not finding “The One” at Stately Brides I was so impressed with Leanne’s demeanour and wonderful customer service that I wanted to leave a positive review. I would recommend this shop to any bride to be based on the excellent customer service I received during my appointment.

From the moment I first made contact with Leanne at Stately Brides, I received a very friendly and professional service! The boutique is beautiful, the selection of dresses are stunning and Leanne made me feel very at ease during my appointment. She has lots of experience and knows exactly what works well together, I also found her prices to be very reasonable. If you are looking for a first class service I would highly recommend Stately Brides, I found my dream wedding dress here and I can’t wait to wear it on my wedding day!!!

Fabulous bridal shop and even better customer service! The dresses are beautiful & Leanne is such a pleasure to both work along side as a fellow wedding supplier and to visit as a bride to be. She made me feel totally at ease and relaxed about the whole process of finding my gown!
