Balwant Singh1 StarDrivers need to retake their test. Positioned vehicle in the turn left Lane and then decided to go straight. Rather than go around or wait for a gap he decided to just barge in and nearly hit me. Then proceeded to swear and gesture even though he was in the wrong. Have the full video if the owners want it.
