This beautifully converted farmhouse is set in landscaped gardens and is close to Dartford, Bluewater and Lakeside shopping centres. It has lovely countryside views and plenty of amenities. The guest house is convenient for the Dartford crossing and the M25. London Excel and City Airport can be reached in a 20-minute drive.

Garry Delaney3 StarQuiet peaceful location, however the room could benefit from some tlc. The shower 🚿 head needs replacement as it's clearly blocked. I had to remove to enable me to shower.Friday 26th August 2022
Ju L1 StarScam! The hotel accepts reservations on Booking and does not answer you. We made 3 requests for validation of late arrival time. Without negative feedback we took it for validation. We stayed in front of the hotel for 1 hour without anyone opening the door and had to find another hotel in the middle of the night. The hotel never answered us, nor received us and refuses to answer the customer service of booking. Impossible to get a refund. ShamefulTuesday 29th November 2022

Ivan Jacobs1 StarWorst hotel in my life and I have stayed in Vietnam for $2a night hotel ! So many huge flies and spiders was killing them before I could even go to bed . Shower did not work no hot water and doors were hanging of . The place had not been cleaned for a long time swing from all the spider webs . I don't know how this place can stay open and nobody closes it down . Stay away rather sleep in a tentSaturday 25th June 2022
