I work in the local area at a food establishment, we follow all covid guidelines and wearing mask. But this kabab place does not follow no covid guidelines. I had order £30 worth of food for the house at 11pm, got home and relaxed to eat my food, took the first bit of pizza and found hair in that, with that i chucked the whole pizza in the bin, then I started my kabab and i got half way through to find another hair. Spate the food out and chucked it in the bin. Waste of money, Called the kabab shop the day after to explain what happend, i expected a apology and a full refund straight away. But i got nothing. Im a local person saying, stay away from this place. No hygiene is followed 100%, avoid at all cost. I wanted to add that i did not ask for 50% off, dont bend the truth, also i am a local business guy i asked if you would do any discount if i paid cash, nothing about 50%. No need to bend the truth. Food is horrible never to return, also how can someone return the food the day after?? I was your last customer all the food is in the bin. Also i am a local review for google, there is nothing for me to gain to leave a review. Everyone should now

I've been going here for over 10 years. However it's in a rapid decline. Chips can be over cooked. Lamb kebab meat has gone down hill massively, on many occasions I feel the meat has been reheated as sometimes its very rubbery and dry. Pizzas I can't fault and to be honest other food I've ordered have been fine. However I mainly order lamb kebabs and now I am looking at other local kebab houses. Shame as I use to love this place and was one of the best. Food at times cab be cold when delivered, this is probably due to them being busy and driver having too many deliveries at once.
