These guys are brilliant! Kye is really helpful, knowledgeable about the products / prices / availability etc and helped us pick out the right flooring for the house. They measured up quickly and knew we were in a rush to get the flooring in (due to a house move) so they gave us a fitting slot as soon as they could. Went in on a Thursday, and it was fitted and done by Monday afternoon! Really good service and communicated with us at all stages with a quick phone call to update us - which really makes a difference and we really appreciated it. Trustworthy and reliable, and we're really pleased with the finished job. All nice and neat, clean, and left in perfect condition. Thanks so much to Stuart and team. Kye is a credit to this business - for such a young guy he's doing great and I wish him every success in his career!

Best carpet fitting experience I could have asked for. They were recommended by the company that was renovating my house and said they'd come to my house with carpet samples, never experienced that before so didn't know what to expect. After booking an appointment with Stuart, I realised it's a service they offer as well as in-store appointments, which was pretty convenient. Told Stuart what I wanted and he brought me loads of samples and had the perfect carpet within it. Fitting was just as great, Joe and his team arrived on time. Fitted the rooms with no problem, they were clean, polite, and professional. Joe talked me through any small imperfections in the house that he'll rectify by installing the flooring in a certain way and gave me options. Their customer service is top and I felt when dealing with Stuart Carpets that they wanted the best for my house and contributed significantly to the finish of the project. I'd definitely recommend this company!
