Elizabeth did a great job from the viewing through to handling queries about the contract - she was friendly and very quick to respond to emails which is hugely reassuring when going through the process. Rosena was also great in finalising everything and kept me informed which was very much appreciated. This is despite sending approx 10 emails, they do not want to hear from you if you have any concerns. If you call them on a whim they will listen to you otherwise they will not respond to you.Monday 21st March 2022
