I contacted SW19 Surveying and although they couldn't help me with my particular issue they were happy to point me in the right direction and even threw in some guidance for good measure. They provided a very good and friendly service. Try them, you will not be disappointed.

I’ve lived in SW London for over 19 years and have moved on three occasions over that period, using 3 different surveying firms with SW19 being the latest. I’ve never bothered to write a review before for anything let alone a surveying firm. But I wanted to say a huge thank you for the extra mile you went too, considering the short time frame we gave you and especially the turnaround time on the report. We found reading the report very easy and uncomplicated with simple descriptions on the issues you found compared to previous surveys I have had done. Meeting Michael on site following the inspection was also a bonus as it enabled us to get a clear view of the major issues before we signed the contract, which really put our mind to rest. From first contact we were kept up to date with the progress of, booking the survey appointment time and waiting time on the produce report, rather than having to chase them like other surveying practices. The advice contained within the report, the photos and list of cost was invaluable information to have at hand. I also thought that providing the survey in pdf format was the best for us as the report was quite lengthy and as you say “Saves on trees”. All the best and should I require another Surveyor then I will contact you again and I will not hesitate to recommended you to friends and family.
