Gavin and Marc took on the construction of our log cabin. They also designed and constructed the interior furniture and fittings . We gave them a photographic wish list , on which they based the interior work on. What they actually handed over to us , exceeded our wildest dreams. Gavin and Marc are two of the nicest , polite and professional tradesman we have ever worked with. If we were able to give them 10 stars we would at the drop of a hat. The now completed interior has had a similar reaction from all our friends and family who has visited . Gavin and Marc completed a full loft conversion for me including a new staircase, floor and roof lights and plastering throughout. They provided a full written quote and took the time to talk through everything in detail. Their work is excellent, they kept in communication throughout the project, stuck to the budget and timescale, and everything is done to regulations. I will be using them again and highly recommend them.

We engaged Gavin and Marc of Sycamore Carpentry and Building to refurb our attic room after they provided the best written quote, they spent time on their initial visit to listen to our wish list and measure up correctly. from start to finish the guys were professional and approachable, clearly very knowledgeable and have invested in their tools so as to provide a 1st class job as they did, they have installed velox windows, carried our repairs to the roof along the way, installed stud work, insulation and plasterboard, provided plumbing, electrical and plastering services, they supplied and installed bespoke units which have made the room a much more inviting useable room (best room in the house) we would not hesitate to recommend them and will definitely use their services again
