Julia’s programming is flexible, works with my lifestyle and feels custom to what I need every month as my body changes through a pregnancy. Our weekly talks are encouraging and she always provides feedback on what movements I can improve my form on, which is great from thousands of miles away. Could not recommend her enough!

My blood sugar was high and I had been putting on weight for a while. I enjoy aerobic exercise but get bored in the gym. Julia put together a flexible training and dietary program that was varied enough to be fun (especially the weekly bootcamp) and our weekly catch-ups kept me motivated. I reached both my fitness goals (blood sugar and weight down). I would highly recommend Julia as a personal trainer and fitness coach.

Julia does amazing programming! I first started with Julia before I started competing in CrossFit comps. I live in the US, so I did her remote programming. We worked on strengthening my shoulders and working on my ankle mobility (I couldn't get below parallel so I was always getting no-repped). Julia did amazing and truly listened to my concerns and where I wanted to go. She also is AN AMAZING HYPE WOMAN!! You need this in your life!

I hated the idea of going to the gym. Watching people running on cardio machines always reminded me of hamsters running on a never-ending pointless wheel of pain. But with Julia's help I've learned that there's so much more to that. She's been coaching me for 3 months now - here's what's changed: - slimmer - more muscles - better mental health - enjoy going to the gym (literally never thought I would write this) If you, like I did, hate the idea of going to the gym, but want the inspiration to get started on your journey, I could not recommend a better person to start with. Do it today, and make it the very next thing you do. You will thank yourself for it sooner than you think.

Jules is an amazing personal trainer who offers personalised coaching, is invested in your life holistically, and is such a joy to train with. She single-handedly changed my philosophy to health, food, and exercise (all whilst I was having fun), and for that I am forever grateful!
