I called them up with a leaking boiler and they came out within a couple of days due to being busy. Once he arrived he had a look at my boiler showed me what was wrong then priced up the parts infront of me.
At that point he told me that if I want him to do it is will be X amount but if I go to the supplier and pay for a thing I'd never heard of then it'd cost less and get me 6 months of repairs cover.
