Christian Jones1 StarI waited over 2 hours and 20 minutes for my food to be delivered (it never showed up).. after phoning the shop to cancel my order and request a refund as I'm sure anyone would have in this situation, upon being greeted on the phone by one of the rudest people I've ever been graced with the privilege of talking to and without any excuse for the over 2 hour time delay from them I was very rudely and abruptly told that they would not refund me under any circumstances, again without any reason at all.. Absolutely Disgusting customer service from this shambles of a resteraunt/takeaway, I would not recommend anyone waste their time ordering from here.Friday 21st January 2022
