Rhian Burns1 StarFood ordered at 6.00 - should have been delivered at 7.05- 7.25. Called at 7.45 and told it would be here in 20 minutes. Called at 8.20 and told it was about to be delivered. Had an update from Just Eat that it would be here at 8.45. Restaurant told us we couldn't cancel, they had been busier than usual so tough basically so we cancelled though Just Eat and got refunded. Got a phone call at 10 past 9 from the delivery driver asking where we lived, we told him to take the food back. Can't comment on the quality of the food as we never got to actually try any! They clearly take on more orders than they can manage.Monday 21st March 2022
