Gary and Becca are stars. When my mum's boiler stopped working, she spent two days ringing round for some one to help. We contacted Taylor and Long, Gary was maxed out with work but made time to call mum and reassure her at 8pm, as he was finishing work for that day. Becca came round the next day, got the heating working and arranged a follow up to swap dodgy parts. My mum is happy and warm, she has a brilliant heating and plumbing team to turn to and a heating plumbing service relationship to move forward with. Well done Taylor and Long.

A very quick service over the Christmas period when our old boiler decided to give up! Becky was able to book us in and make us aware of the options available on sorting the problem. She was very knowledgeable when it came to choosing a new boiler and gave us a couple of options to suit our needs and budget. The new fitting was done quickly and efficiently and I was given all details on how to use it and the valiant guarantees. Excellent family run business, would recommend.

New Boiler Vaillant ecoFIT Pure My twenty year old boiler died and I called this firm to see about replacing it. Gary called around to see me within two days and did not charge me a call-out charge or ask for a deposit. In the meantime he arranged for two heaters to be dropped around to my house so that I could use them during the interim period. After calling I received a quotation for repair or replacement and within two weeks Becky came to fit the new boiler. She arrived at the time and on the day arranged and worked from 9 am to 7.30 pm installing the new boiler. Becky did a very neat job and the boiler is working fine. The price charged was very fair and included a ten year warranty. I have no hesitation in recommending this company for their excellent customer service.
