Took my playstation in to get repairs done. They quickly identified the problem and charged a reasonable amount. Top service and Top guy. Would Recommend.

Had my Lenovo sent in as it was failing to load properly sorted me out with a new Hard Drive and works like a charm saved a lot not having to fork out for a new machine ^_^

I had two booked call outs. Nobody turned up on either occasion. No contact to advise nobody was coming. No sense of an apology. This was the reply I got when I chased. This came two hours after they were supposed to turn up:- 'Hi, we are still on site just packing away now. I was just about to call you. But clearly you are not happy and I'm allreadt tired so I'll leave you to it. ' 'Not happy', who would be? No apology, no attempt to make things right. My job was probably relatively small, maybe not big enough, but that shouldn't matter. You couldn't get more of a couldn't care less attitude to customer service. I wondered about the negative reviews. Now I understand. edit: Just in response to the reply I had advised that it would be fine if the second call out didn't happen as long as I had prior notice. The idea that someone might have called two hours after the time I was given is not prior notice. Phoning someone should be a common courtesy and would have taken all of two minutes? This 48 hours after the same thing had happened. My email wasn't 'harsh' it was no more than a statement of fact. If jobs are impacting family life then don't book the jobs. Don't blame the customer.

Great service although I had a email from them almost immediately after dropping it off telling me my phone had been repaired 🥴 The phone was repaired in the time they started Great professional service
