Matt Yang3 StarIt's been a frustrating experience so far. Although they're friendly but they are also very passive and rarely reply to emails until we phone them; I had to keep calling them to make sure things were rolling. It has caused my exchange date to be postponed once, and now I may need another one. I hope their slow pace won't cause us to pay the penalty interest in completion. The experience is much worse than my two previous solicitors. I wouldn't recommend them.
