We’re into 2022 and for me it speaks volumes that Rob Thatcher has been my ”go to” for all car bodywork services since I relocated to West Sussex from Wales in 2013. Rob had been recommended by a friend, something I find myself doing too. Rob really is a conscientious professional, who doesn’t let a car roll back out of his workshop unless the work carried out is to a very high standard indeed. He’s always a pleasure to deal with and is straight talking, rather than giving any waffle or vagueness. Rob is always honest: I recently took both of my Toyotas to him to underseal them. He couldn’t underseal the one car, pointing out to me that when he went to, the car had plastic protective cladding underneath and so he couldn’t do that/didn’t need to be done. I ask myself how easy it would have been for someone else to just take payment and claim they’d done the work. I also had four alloys refurbished on my RAV4 and, again, the quality of the work is absolutely superb. I cannot recommend Rob and Thatcher Motors highly enough. If you want someone who knows their stuff, and has the talent to consistently produce high standards of workmanship, this is where to come.
