With oak timber beams, real fires, cask ales and delicious food why not pay us a visit? See the signatures on the ceiling, the many pictures of airmen and women who frequented here and the pennies left in the beams to pay for their next pint that sadly so often never came.

Kris Lilley5 StarWe had a great evening meal here while staying at Tattershall Lakes. Only a 5 minute drive away from the holiday park, we received a very warm welcome on arrival. The lady serving us was very friendly, nothing was too much trouble. A nice touch was finding a colouring book and crayons for our 2 year old to amuse him while we waited for our food. All our meals were excellent, traditional home cooked food and superb desserts. It was also lovely to explore the many photos and artefacts on the walls detailing the history of the pub and the air bases in the surrounding area. We will definitely return if we're back in this area.Tuesday 3rd May 2022
philyaboots15 StarThey know how to cook beef so that its tender and tasty which seems to be a rare thing in many eateries, very freindly and reasonably priced too. well worth the trip when you are in this lovely part of the world. A historic gem of a place.Wednesday 18th May 2022
