The whole experience of the "Boiler People" was so very good. Tom took my request and we needed a new boiler asap due to health problems, he sorted matters so quickly, so very many thanks to him. Simon surveyed and was great. Andy our boiler installer was brilliant, through difficult problems, did everything we asked of him. Then Andy the electrician worked so well with my electrician friend that was carrying out the re-wire that was so needed and we cannot thank him enough. 5* service! We needed 4 new radiators putting in our house and 2 really old gas fires taking out. The engineers who came out to complete the work were really great! They were tidy and efficient and I couldn't be more grateful for the fantastic work they carried out! We now have one very warm lounge! Thanks all!

Astounding, professional, taking responsibility for the job and extremely courteous. They arrived unfortunately (tongue in cheek) 10 minutes early… even in Fleetwood during the morning rush hour traffic! After a brief introduction and identification, it was explained intensively what was to take place. It was then left under the management of my elderly disabled mother whom has limited walking ability, cancer and on 16hrs oxygen. The initial task performed was removal of the “ancient” Glow Worm boiler, associated “vipers nest” of pipework, water cistern tank, pump, flue, etcetera, and undertaken within 1-2 hours. The new Worcester Bosh Condenser Boiler was fitted in a professional timely manner, with new flue and insulated condenser pipe as described in the job profile. In fact, the condenser pipe was attached and fitted in accordance within the contours of the property and can’t visibly be seen. In addition, the pipe was extended over to my garden drain, once again very professional! The “Accy bricks” from the old flue were also replaced (I have several spare ones) and mortared in accordance of the view of the property and within the specified time frame explained to me. They were well-mannered all the time with my mother and I, offered a brew or snack of which was declined. However, in my absence they had the decency to brew up for my mother at her request and leave biscuits, prior to local care arriving. I feel this was considerate and outstanding! The job was completed within the arranged time limit, my elderly mother was at ease and the boiler is magnificent. The electrician arrived on agreed time the following day and everything was up and running less than 30 mins later. He went through the digital control function intensively even of which my 76-year mother could understand! I have had also after care visitation after 3 months to inspect the work and immediate and follow up phone messages from the company asking about the service provided and function of the new boiler. If I could rate this company and work force out of 10 it would be 20!! As a former company owner in Nuclear and Chemical Engineering and ex-military veteran, I would have “poached” these lads in an instance as they are a credit. I have recommended their service within my community in Fleetwood as my neighbours and I live on the Esplanade. All I can really sum up is a massive thank you, as my perception of “bodge it and scarper” within todays contractors as left me “eating my words” and reviewing an outstanding working ethic I haven’t seen in a very a long time. Had a boiler installed by the boiler people last month when my boiler packed in, Excellent install and an excellent set of lads, tidied up after themselves and took all the rubbish away. One of the lads even fitted some new kitchen taps while he was here for us.

If I could give negative stars I would. I've just had one of their reps knock on my door so loudly that it woke my baby up! And yet he seemed surprised that I did not want to talk to him with a crying baby on my hands. Stop going door to door. If you are that good then people will come to you.
