Initially, I found their website straight forward to use and liked the option of being able to reserve a day and time to suit me. Subsequent confirmation and reminder messages were prompt and timely. Engineer arrived on his ' green' bicycle adapted specifically to his needs.....Impressive.
Subsequent servicing of our Worcester Bosch gas boiler and gas supply was professionally and efficiently carried out. Similarly our Gazco gas fire. Full ' landlord' certification followed electronically within an hour of completion. Paid the invoiced amount by return, again electronically.
The engineer had all necessary equipment to hand including a specialist portable vacuum cleaner device.. again impressive.
